Located in the Rapids Business Center, Business Support has been in business since the mid-1980's, and has outlived a variety of similar support and secretarial businesses due to our loyal customer base, and our belief that we provide a service in the community that you just can't find anywhere else. Even when business got slow, we didn't give up the ship! We started out with large, bulky dinosaur computers called CPTs that cost far more than computers today. They had 8" floppy disks that looked like huge versions of the now outdated 5" disks, and had commands that made DOS based computers seem simple. Printing, of course, was like using a glorified typewriter. Almost 20 years have passed, and we've gone from WordStar, to Word Perfect for DOS, to Word. From Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS to Excel. From Harvard Graphics to PowerPoint. We do our best to keep up with software, technology, business trends, and work to develop new ideas to make us (and you) more efficient.

Even in this information age, with the internet, e-mail, fax, etc., some things remain the same: we still have to use a typewriter for the occasional school or business application, and while there is a small amount of automation equipment that help our bulk mailing services go a little smoother and faster, we still hand apply labels, bundle and bag the pieces, fill out the paperwork, and deliver it to the post office.

Our customers range from large companies to the one-time customer whose computer was down for the day and needed something done ASAP. We once used the tag line "We do the big jobs for little guys, and the little jobs for big guys." While that still holds true today, we'd like to think we're a lot more. Thanks for checking us out!
